3. Who can manage a team of 3-4 ppl under him/her
4. Who is fluent in Hindi , English and Telugu.
5. Hands on experience in Presentations, AutoCAD (2d) & Archicad (3D)
6. Who can design with concept and a functionality based designs.
7. Good attitude with the patience to learn and understand client.
8. Good management skills.

Job Description
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical
specifications
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Proven working experience in civil engineering
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD (2d) & Archicad (3d)
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
